Take an hour for peaceful self-discovery!
You’ll be gently guided within through a meditation accompanied by the calming sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls to help you tap into your inner wisdom. Expect to release mental stress and physical tension and enter an enchanting state of relaxation for balance, grounding and inspiration!

Sound Bath with Bija Mantra

In this session you will learn the recitation of 7 powerful Sanskrit bija mantras, single-syllable sounds used in Yoga and Ayurveda to balance energy. Each mantra has a resonant frequency that clears, harmonizes and empowers their corresponding Chakra. Paired with the soothing tones of singing bowls, expect to relax deeply and leave with a helpful tool for improving your health, vitality, and spiritual connection.
